TPS國小英文課程 
TPS 美語 位於台北大安區緊鄰安東公園，坐落於綠意盎然的公園邊，為學生提供舒適的學習環境,從小一開始我們就以學生的英文學習背景和經歷.安排不同的英文班級，使達到最適合也最佳的學習效果. 我們小學部英文的班級分為: B1.B2.A1.A2.A3.A4.A5....AA，各級教學內容如下:

B1

Goals: spark and foster an interest in English, develop confidence, form a foundation for phonics, speaking and pronunciation, spelling, simple sentence patterns

Methods: group conversation and activities, extensive use of audio/visuals, say and repeat, games, singing and dancing, daily review

A1
Goals: sentence writing, introduction of basic verb tenses, expand vocabulary, application of English to everyday life, greater focus on reading

Methods: particpation in speech and spelling competitions, telephone tests, journal writing, class conversations, use of audio/visuals, singing and dancing  

A2

Goals: cause and effect sentences, form paragraphs, describe in more detail, expand on verb tenses (past/continuous), preparation for GEPT testing 

Methods: topic-based writing, speaking activites,

A3

Goals: complete paragraphs with a single topic, link ideas, perfect verb tenses, enrich vocabulary and focus on application

Methods: essay writing, group activities, speech/spelling competitions

A4

Goals: development and support of opinions, 5 paragraph essays, introduction of all verb tenses

Methods: peer review of writing, class/partner debates,   

A5

Goals: Form main ideas and support with structured paragraphs/essays, preparation for higher level English testing, leave students with positve impressions of English, supplement all verb tenses

Methods: use of magazine and newspaper articles, use of themes, etc.
